- Actuarial: offers hands-on experience in actuarial work within reinsurance. These positions provide extensive on-the-job learning and professional development opportunities while supporting progress toward the Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) designation.
- Underwriting: offers comprehensive training in reinsurance underwriting. Associates develop hands-on, practical experience and technical expertise while pursuing professional designations such as the ARe and CPCU. The program provides a strong foundation for building a long-term career in underwriting.
- Designed for final year undergraduate and graduate level students with an interest in insurance and reinsurance. Actuarial Science, Business, Data Analytics, Economics and/or Mathematics majors preferred.
The summer internship program is a 10-week experience that begins in early June and ends in mid-August. It consists of on-the-job learning, where interns gain insight into our company and the insurance/reinsurance industry through hands-on experience and team collaboration. At the end of the internship, interns will present to senior management what they have learned throughout the program. No prior knowledge of reinsurance is necessary.
Actuarial & Underwriting Intern Programs
10-week summer program that introduces students to the reinsurance industry within our actuarial or underwriting department. It begins early June and ends in the middle of August. This role is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree with an accredited institution. It consists of on-the-job learning, along with a series of presentations that teach interns about our Company. No prior knowledge of reinsurance necessary.
